charles is a pretty powerful telepath, with assorted abilities related into getting into other people's heads. the most common of these is telepathic communication & scanning people's heads for information he wants. (there's other stuff like he can make himself invisible or throw himself into other people's bodies if he needs to but short of a life & death situation it probably (definitely?) won't come up.)

at this stage in his life he's not really liable to use his powers unless someone asks him to, so my default assumption is that he's not going to be digging around in anyone's heads uninvited. however if you would prefer not to have to worry about being around the great kreskin here, please feel free to let me know!
